Winter Yoga & Hiking

Sunday 28 December – A winter Hiking & Yoga experience in nature, combining gentle hiking and guided yoga practice that supports body warmth, conscious breathing and the immune system.

We welcome and celebrate winter through yoga and hiking in nature. During this experience, we will practice yoga postures that generate internal heat, open the chest, neck and sinuses — areas more vulnerable during seasonal conditions — and strengthen both the muscular and immune systems.

🔶 Activity Description

The yoga practice is specifically designed for the winter season, focusing on gradual body activation, conscious breathing and the creation of internal warmth. Through gentle yet effective postures, we cultivate strength, flexibility and stability, while allowing the body to release tension and the nervous system to relax.

The experience unfolds in harmony with the natural environment, allowing the mind to slow down and the body to reconnect with the rhythm of nature.

🔶 The Instructor

The yoga session is led by a certified yoga instructor and is suitable for both beginners and participants with previous experience. The total duration of the yoga practice is approximately 60 minutes and is adapted to weather conditions.

🔶 The Hiking Route

The hike follows gentle forest trails suitable for all participants, with a relaxed pace and frequent pauses. The route is selected to complement the yoga practice, offering time for observation, breathing and connection with the winter landscape.
