Trekking With your Dog in Schinias

On Saturday 13/4 we will hike in the Schinias National Park with our four-legged friends and have a picnic together!

Schinias is the largest coastal wetland of Attica and one of the largest in Eastern Greece. The wetland is an important stop during the spring and autumn migration when a large number of birds move to the summer and wintering areas respectively.

Relaxing by hiking in nature with your dog is beneficial for both, physically and mentally!

At the same time there will be a lecture-seminar and questions-answers by the dog trainer Petros Sidereas.

Our cooperation with a dog trainer as an outdoor recreation company, this project is implemented in absolute safety on the mountain for both people and dogs!

Participants without a dog are also welcome.

Important: Two (2) free tickets are available for the dogs of the shelters who are living permanently, so that we can give them the opportunity to go for a nice walk! The volunteers of the animal welfare associations should contact us prior registration.

• The use of a flex guide and any type of choke collar is not permitted.
• It is recommended the dog has not eaten for 6-8 hours before the walk.
• We don't forget dog's treats, water, a bowl, favorite toy and bags for dirt.
• Health booklet is considered essential.

During this particular hike, there will also be a distribution of sponsored treats from the specialized products of the Kynopolis Dog Caregiver Training School by Urban Dogs, a selection targeted for the occasion: Nature's Food Organic Woofers (Dental )
