Circular Hike in Parnitha – Mikri & Megali Chouni
On Sunday, November 2, we’ll walk our favorite trail in Mount Parnitha, crossing the Small and Great Houni on a circular route through shaded gorges and forest, with a stop at the chapel of Agia Triada.
🔶 Activity Description
We’ll ascend the Small Houni (Agia Triada stream), following a shaded forest path along or within the stream bed, surrounded by the serene beauty of the mountain. Midway through, we’ll stop at the small chapel of Agia Triada before continuing our descent through the equally impressive Great Houni.
🔶 Practical Information
Participants should have previous hiking experience of difficulty level B.
- Meeting point: Cable car parking area at 08:45
- Participation fee is paid in person on the day of the activity
- Moderate to good physical condition required
- Hiking boots and poles recommended
